Terms of Use

By creating an account, sending an inquiry, posting an RFQ or otherwise using b2bforindia.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the platform for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.

B2BforIndia is an online marketplace and an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We provide tools for suppliers to list products and for buyers to find suppliers, send inquiries and request quotations.

We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers. We do not own, sell, inspect, ship or guarantee any product, and we do not handle payments between buyers and suppliers. Prices, quality, quantity, delivery, payment terms, taxes and legal compliance of any deal are solely the responsibility of the buyer and supplier involved.

• Give accurate, current and complete information, and keep it updated.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person or business may not impersonate another or hold accounts to mislead other users.
• Supplier accounts are reviewed and approved by our team before they can add products or respond to inquiries.

Suppliers must provide a valid GSTIN and PAN; buyers may provide a GSTIN. You authorise us to verify these with government records through our verification partner, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where your GSTIN is verified, your company name is taken from GST records and cannot be changed without contacting us.

A "GST Verified" or "Verified" badge only means the registration details matched official records at the time of checking. It is notan endorsement or guarantee of a business's products, financial standing or conduct. Always do your own due diligence before trading.

• Suppliers must list only genuine products they are able and legally permitted to supply, with accurate descriptions, prices, MOQs and images they have the right to use.
• Inquiries, RFQs and quotations must be genuine business communications.
• You are responsible for the content you post and must hold all licences and registrations required for your business.
• We may edit, remove or decline to publish any listing or content that breaks these terms or the law.

You must not use the platform to host, display, upload, share or trade anything that:

• is illegal in India, or is a banned, restricted or regulated item without the required licence;
• is counterfeit, stolen, or infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other right;
• is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, harmful to children, or promotes hatred or violence;
• impersonates any person or business, or misrepresents your identity or registration;
• contains viruses or code meant to disrupt the platform, or attempts to access other users' data or accounts;
• involves spam, scraping, or collecting other users' contact details for unsolicited marketing;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, or public order.

To report content, write to our Grievance Officer at support@b2bforindia.com. We act on valid reports as required by the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.

• Suppliers can buy paid plans that raise their product listing limit and add features, as described on the Pricing page.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The price charged is the price shown at checkout.
• Plans are prepaid for one month or one year and are activated as soon as payment is confirmed. They do not renew automatically; you can renew before expiry and the new period is added to the end of the current one.
• When a paid plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Products already listed stay live, but you cannot add more than the Free plan allows.
• We may change plan prices or features for future purchases; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
• Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

The B2BforIndia name, logo, website design and software belong to ExporterHubs Private Limited or its licensors. You keep ownership of the content you post, and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and promote it on the platform for as long as it is listed.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any user, listing or quotation is accurate or reliable.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from transactions between users, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of business. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us for plans in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your transactions with other users, or your breach of these terms or the law.

We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if we reasonably believe these terms or the law have been broken, if verification fails, or to protect other users. You can close your account at any time by writing to support@b2bforindia.com. Fees already paid for a plan are not refundable on termination for breach of these terms.

Disputes about products, quality, delivery or payment between a buyer and a supplier must be resolved between them directly. If you report a problem with another user, we may review it and take action on their account (such as a warning, removing listings or suspension), but we are not obliged to compensate either party or decide the dispute.

For complaints about the platform itself, contact our Grievance Officer (see our Privacy Policy). We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process above, the courts at Karkardooma shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
