No. You pay for one month or one year at a time — nothing is charged automatically. Your dashboard shows when your plan ends, and you can renew early; the new period is added to the end of your current one.
Yes. Choosing a different paid plan starts it immediately for the period you pay for. When a paid plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan; products you already listed stay live, but you can't add more than the Free limit.
Yes. All prices shown include 18% GST — the amount you see is the amount you pay.
Plans start working the moment you pay, so payments aren't refundable once a plan is active. If a payment fails, is charged twice, or is charged the wrong amount, we refund it in full within 5–7 working days — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
