1. Supplier plans — digital delivery
B2BforIndia plans are online services. Nothing is shipped physically. Your plan is delivered by activating it on your supplier account immediately after your payment is confirmed — usually within a few seconds. Your dashboard shows the active plan and its end date, and you receive a payment receipt from Razorpay by email.
If your plan is not active within 1 hour of a successful payment, email support@b2bforindia.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we will activate it or refund you under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2. Goods traded on the marketplace
B2BforIndiais a marketplace that connects buyers with suppliers. We do not sell, stock or ship the products listed by suppliers. Shipping method, cost, delivery time, packaging, insurance, export documentation and delivery location for any order are agreed directly between the buyer and the supplier, and are the supplier's responsibility.
